Frank woke up with a loud yawn. He looked at the clock, slightly confused. Normally, Scarlett and Rayne were up a long time before him and usually had to wake him up half an hour before their first set of the day. He shrugged and walked into the bathroom with today's clothes. He could always go back to sleep if he wanted to anyway. He ran a hand through his hair, letting out another yawn. Early mornings certainly weren't a popular thing for him.
He grabbed his guitar, deciding to drop it off at the Rage & Rampage stage for safe keeping before Heck No! Techno's set around 2pm that afternoon. If he didn't now, he would most likely fall back to sleep and forget. Frank threw on his Vans, pushing open the door of the band's bus. He wondered about stopping for a grab to eat at one of the food stands, before all the early-comers decided they were hungry after the trip to the venue. He decided against it, considering he wasn't really hungry.
It was a reasonably short walk from the car park to the backstage. 'Early set, Frankie?' One of the techies asked. "Nah. Just a random early morning for me." He shrugged with a chuckle as he handed over Pansy, his dear guitar. He didn't name his guitars, but Pansy got it's name because of the black lettering down on side. He exited the backstage area, standing outside as he wondered wether to head back to the Heck No! Techno bus or grab some junk food to start the day.

She hadn't quite managed to break her guitar string completely and it definately hadn't been done on purpose, but still Lainey found herself walking to the backstage of the Rage and Rampage stage so that she could go and find one of the techies. When she did, finally, arrive backstage she was greeted by a random guy who seemed a little odd around the edges, so she carefully side stepped around him and walked inside with her guitar and was soon seen to quickly. "Lainey, what did you do this time?" obviously they knew her because somewhere along the line she had met them before and they knew her to be the 'one that always breaks a string.'
Well this time it wasn't her fault and she told them that, then they set to work on his quickly and pretty soon it was good as new, she smiled, thanked them and slipped the strap over her shoulder and walked out of the backstage with it. It was a nice day and she thought that maybe she could find a nice pace to sit down and just practice for a while before it was time for her to go on stage infront of the loud crowd. She obviously was't looking where she was going because the next minute she had walked into Frank Anderson. "Oh my god, I'm sorry." she muttered, not realising who it was.

Frank stood with his hands in his pockets, still dithering wether to head back to the bus or go to the food stand. He let out a long breath before removing his hands from his pockets and slapping his cheeks in some kind of attempt to wake him up. It wasn't really working, until somebody walked into him. "Oh, it's okay. No worries." He said. At first, he didn't recognise who it was. He brushed his fringe out of his eyes, and then he recognised her.
"You're Lainey, right? The girl that walked into the tour bus?" Frank asked with a raised eyebrow, laughing slightly. He remembered as it was one of the hottest days of the tour and the band had been in a magazine - with a good review. Thankfully, today was just the right temperature. Okay - you would probably be sweating like heck if you wore a hoodie out - but in a shirt and shorts you were perfectly warm. He looked at his watch, it would still be around an hour before all the early fans came.

Scarlett rolled over in her bunk and rubbed her eyes. What time was it? she looked at the clock she had stashed in a side-compartment of the bunk. 11:36, it read. Well. That was weird. She usually never woke up anytime after 10 or so. Pulling the covers back, she slid out of her bunk, and mussed up her hair in the back, sleep still in her eyes. Walking over to her small cubbie on the left side of the bus that contained her clothes, she removed a worn blue vintage tee, and a pair of black & white checkered shorts, and took them into the small bathroom located on the tour bus. Passing Frank's bunk, she realised with a start that he wasn't there. Well, this was most definately a first - her waking up late, and Frank waking up early. She changed quickly, pulled her hair back into a messy bun, and slid some eyeliner around her lids. Grabbing her mini black & white checkered backpack, her sunglasses, and slipping on her worn vans, she was out the tour bus door, intent on finding Frank, and checking out the stage before Heck No! Techno's afternoon set.
Walking around the venue, she didn't see Frank anywhere. Maybe he was at the stage after all. She walked into the backstage, and saw the techies milling around, setting stuff up and taking other stuff down for the day's shows. ''Hey Jim, you seen Frank anywhere?'' she asked, spotting a familiar tech guy who helped her and Rayne with their mic problems. ''Uh. Yeah, actually. Walked by here a couple minutes ago. He's probably somewhere down there,'' Jim replied vaguely, motioning to the long corridor that expanded in front of Scarlett. ''Oh. Okay. Thanks.'' she said, as she headed in the direction.
Frank was indeed, farther down the hallway, and along with him was Lainey, the infamous bus-crasher. [literally] Scarlett pulled her sunglasses off, and threw them in her backpack as she walked over to both Lainey and Frank.
''You're Lainey, right? The girl that walked into the tour bus?"
Frank had been talking just as she arrived. ''Hi Lainey!'' she greeted, with a cheerful wave and smile, and then turned to Frank. ''How the hell did you get up before I did? I think I'm going to consider going down into the bomb shelter or something, because this simply just does not happen,'' she said, a jokingly serious expression on her face.

It hadn't been completely intentional, Lainey still needed to work on her 'walk-and-look-where-you-are-walking' stance while walking anywhere in the venue because you never know what the person you walked into would do, but that wasn't the case with Frank "Yeah, and you're Frank right?" She asked, wanting to know if she had his name correct or not, but then, of course, he did have to bring up the fact that she had walked into his shared tourbus. And now she would be known as the 'infamous buscrasher', wonderful. Does have a nice ring to it though. she thought lamely as she looked up at him and grimaced. "Oh god, I still can't believe I did that.." She admitted still grimacing, she pulled a slender hand down her face just as Scarlett walked upto them and greeted the pair with a bright and cheery voice.
She turned and smiled. "Heya Scarlett, it is Scarlett right?" Lainey wasn't very good with names especially not in the mornings, and she had no idea what the time was either, she just knew that it was early and that her other band members had still been asleep when she woke up and walked out of her bus. She laughed a little as Scarlett poked Frank for information about having been up before she had herself. It sounded just like one of her band mates. Lainey smiled and looked at Frank's wrist noticing that he had a watch on, without thinking she reached out and took his hand in hers so that she could see the time. 11:55pm. Crap, she had to get onstage in five minutes. She then let go of his wrist. "Sorry Frank, just wanted to see the time, I have to get running, I'm on stage in five minutes."

Frank nodded slightly, still not fully awake. "Last time I checked. But I normally don't wake up this early in a morning. By now Scarlett and Rayne are chucking a bucket of water over my head." He joked. Right now, a bucket of water would probably have been quite helpful. It would certainly woken him up, anyway. He rubbed his eyes and wished he had brought out sunglasses or something to block out the sun. If the band had a morning set he wouldn't wake up until lunch time. But when they have an afternoon set, of course he woke up early. He rarely woke up early - and every time he did was just a reminder of why he didn't like to.
He stood sleepily for a moment, before hearing a cheery Scarlett. "Hey, Scarl." Frank yawned, covering his mouth when he did. "I don't really know. I was pretty shocked when I found out I was still in my own body. I thought I may have like swapped bodies with you or Rayne in the night like some weird dream." He laughed. That certainly would have been strange. Frank in Scarlett's body - Scarlett in his body. That certainly would be weird. He raised an eyebrow as Lainey suddenly grabbed a hold of his wrist. He blinked at her in confusion until she let go. He nodded as she explained. He sure needed some kind of energy drink soon or he would probably fall asleep.
