people say you can't stop love. that...true love can never die. well, in this town, that certainly is true. if you'll recall, a british playwright wrote a beautiful romantic play during the renaissance. said play was titled romeo and juliet. now, some people believe that shakespeare made the entire story up. not true. there was a romance going on such as that. the capulets and montegues fought horribly, but their children were in love. unlike the play, the two lovers didn't die. but they also never married. no. the families moved far away from each other and continued their legacies.
in 1842, columbus sailed the ocean blue, right? right. well, on his ship were three capulets and three montegues. thankfully, the families didn't figure this out until much later, when the colony of jamestown was stable. the families managed a bit of a peace for the time being. ten years later, when the grandchildren were born, the two families broke down the truce and began bickering.
now, many many years later, the two familes have changed their names. the capulets to chappel and the montehgues to monte. now, much like shakespear's play, the chappel child and the monte child have fallen in love. james monte is the leader of the school's 'perfect princes'. currently, he's dating miss elise hale, the queen bee of the petty pretties. recently, however, he's fallen for miss izzy monte. izzy is in a complete other, rival clique and family than he is. but he fell in love, nonetheless. and so did she...well, for the most part.
izzy's problem is that she's falling for two people at once. scene king benji darke. sadly, however, he already has a boyfriend. yes, boyfriend. benji is not gay, but bisexual, so izzy has a chance. oh, and i guess i didn't mention that elise's best friend is falling for her boyfriend....
